I suspect John is someone on the autistic spectrum, hence his lack of real social skills and lack of awareness about whether or not his creation was creepy. I don't know that he's really receiving many calls. I don't see anything on here to indicate he's being contacted frequently, as in other videos of people calling besides the one. Perhaps I'm simply unaware.
